Wallace Meats Waitoa

Is an established player in the New Zealand beef processing scene having been established in 1987. It processes cattle per 7 days a week and exports quality Halal beef and co-products to numerous markets internationally. Wallace Meats Waitoa also processes high value chilled Organic and Naturally raised beef for Outlands NZ Ltd.

To further enhance the service we offer dairy farmers, a significant investment at Waitoa prior to the 2005 Calf Season will enable us to process in excess of 100,000 bobby calves. This chain has been designed in such a way that will allow calves and cattle to be processed on the same day giving excellent flexibility which will make this Plant unique in the Industry.

Wallace Meats Thames

A multi species plant purchased in 2001 processing beef, sheep, lamb and pigs for sale domestically and internationally.

Wallace Meats Thames has been substantially upgraded and is now approved for export to all major export markets. Since the purchase throughputs have increased significantly with investment in chilling, boning rooms and packaging equipment.
